Join the Maryland Christian Chamber of Commerce for our Legal & Legislative Lunch & Learn, hosted by Legal & Legislative Committee Chair Tony Davis and Lorna Henry, Staff Attorney with Pacific Justice Institute. 

In this session, we'll explore one of the most common challenges facing Christian business leaders today: how to faithfully integrate faith into the workplace while navigating an increasingly complex legal landscape. Together, we'll tackle practical questions such as: 

  • Can I share the Gospel with my employees? 
  • Can I ever limit particular jobs to Christians? 
  • Do I have to provide employees with health insurance that covers medications or procedures I find objectionable? 
  • What legal considerations should Christian employers understand when expressing faith in the workplace?

Through guided discussion and practical examples, we'll examine how Christian business owners can honor Christ, steward their organizations well, and navigate workplace issues with both biblical conviction and legal wisdom. Attendees will also receive resources and guidance to help address these and other faith-in-the-workplace challenges, equipping them to confidently and legally integrate their faith into their business operations.

Whether you are a business owner, executive, pastor, nonprofit leader, educator, parent, marketplace professional, public servant, community advocate, or simply a Christian seeking to make a greater impact in your community, this Lunch & Learn will equip you with practical legal insights and a biblical perspective on engaging today's most important cultural and policy issues.
