Annual Mother's Day Tea Party Fundraiser


The West Ohio Christian Chamber of Commerce warmly invites you to our Annual Mother’s Day Tea Party Fundraiser, a special gathering created to honor women, celebrate mothers, and support faith-driven businesses in our community.

Join us on Saturday, May 9, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Howard Johnson Hotel in Lima, Ohio, for a beautiful afternoon of fellowship, encouragement, and connection. Our heart behind this event is twofold: to be a blessing to women and small businesses in the West Ohio area, and to raise essential funds to support the mission and ongoing work of the West Ohio Christian Chamber of Commerce.

Ways to Get Involved

Become a Sponsor
We are seeking sponsors to help cover the remaining venue cost of $700, with the opportunity to designate your donation specifically toward this need. Sponsorship packages also provide meaningful exposure for your business:

Silver Spoon – $50
Business name and logo listed in the event program

Gold Saucer – $100
Business name and logo displayed on an event table
(“This table is sponsored by…”)

Platinum Teacup – $250
Business name and logo featured on the event screen throughout the event

Diamond Teapot – $500
Includes all benefits above plus 8 event tickets


Become a Vendor
We are also welcoming local businesses to participate as vendors at the event.

Vendor Fee: $55 (discounted rate for WOCCC members)

Includes:

One 6-foot table

One event ticket

Early access for setup (arrival no later than 9:00 AM)

Vendor fees are due no later than February 1. After that date, vendor opportunities will open to the public and the fee will increase.
