A monthly interactive collaborative for Christian business owners, HR professionals, and organizational leaders to discuss real workplace challenges, exchange practical solutions, and learn from one another in a trusted, confidential environment.

The USCCC HR Collaborative is a monthly gathering designed for Christian business leaders who are navigating the real-world challenges of leading people well.

This is not another presentation or webinar. It is an interactive, relationship-driven collaborative where members can bring questions, discuss workplace challenges, share experiences, and learn alongside other Christian leaders.

Facilitated by Theresa Lynn Sidebotham, Esq. and David Sidebotham of Telios Law and PeopleSafe 360, each gathering will focus on timely HR and workplace topics while creating space for meaningful discussion, Q&A, small-group interaction, and practical problem-solving.

The goal is simple: bring the expertise already within our Christian business community to the table so we can all become stronger leaders and better stewards of the people God has entrusted to us.

The Collaborative is intentionally limited in size to encourage participation, relationship-building, and meaningful conversation.

First Thursday of each month at 4:00 PM ET

The series is designed around candid, confidential discussion. Participants are expected to protect the identity of individuals and organizations discussed and to avoid sharing confidential personnel information.

Session 6 — Cultivating a Skilled Workforce
Go beyond traditional "professional development" and explore how Christian employers can intentionally develop capable, engaged teams—equipping people to grow in their responsibilities while strengthening the organization.

The Christian HR Collaborative is ideal for:

Christian business owners and entrepreneurs
CEOs and executive leaders
HR professionals and people leaders
Managers and supervisors
Ministry and nonprofit leaders
Anyone responsible for hiring, managing, developing, or leading employees
HR consultants and service providers

You do not need to be an HR professional to participate. If you're responsible for people within your organization and want a trusted place to work through challenges alongside other Christian leaders, this Collaborative is for you.

Each month will combine a focused HR topic with interactive conversation and real-world application.

Members can expect opportunities to:

Bring HR questions and workplace challenges to the group
Learn from experienced legal, HR, and training professionals
Exchange ideas and experiences with fellow Christian business leaders
Participate in Q&A and, when appropriate, small-group discussions
Explore practical approaches to difficult people and workplace situations
Help influence future topics based on the issues members are facing right now

The intent is not simply to give members more information. It is to create an ongoing community where leaders learn from one another, share resources, build relationships, and solve problems together.

Because meaningful collaboration requires trust, all participants agree to protect the confidentiality of discussions within the group. Takeaways and lessons may be shared with your organization, but comments should not be attributed to specific individuals or organizations. Participants should never disclose employee names or identifying confidential personnel information.

Main-session portions may be recorded and made available to registrants for a limited time. Breakout discussions and member Q&A will not be recorded.
