This event brings together business owners, entrepreneurs, ministry leaders, and marketplace influencers for a unique blend of open networking and guided conversation. Throughout the day, attendees may participate in a series of Money Matter Discussions, interactive 20-minute conversations led by experienced professionals where ideas, challenges, insights, and practical strategies are shared among participants.

Whether you’re looking to expand your network, strengthen existing connections, or contribute your perspective to the ongoing work of the Chamber, this experience creates space for both connection and impact. In addition to structured discussions, attendees will have time to network freely and explore our vendor showcase, featuring businesses, products, and services from across the community. Minority Money Matters is a financial literacy event to provide the community with education and resources for financial stability.

Vendors are an integral part of the Networking Extravaganza experience, helping to create an environment of connection, excellence, and purpose-driven business engagement.

If you are participating as a vendor, please come prepared to:

  • Present your business with excellence and clarity. Bring a clean, professional table display that clearly communicates who you are, what you offer, and who you serve.
  • Create an interactive experience. This is not a passive vendor event. Attendees will be engaging throughout the evening—consider ways to invite conversation through demonstrations, samples, visuals, or thoughtful questions.
  • Lead with relationship, not just promotion. This environment is designed for meaningful connection. Be ready to listen, engage, and build genuine relationships beyond transactions.
  • Bring materials that reflect your brand and values. Business cards, brochures, special offers, or takeaway items are encouraged—especially those that leave a lasting impression.
  • Be ready to share your business testimony. Attendees are drawn to purpose-driven businesses. Be prepared to communicate what drives your work and the impact you aim to make.
  • Arrive prepared and on time. All vendors should be fully set up before doors open to attendees.
