Jenny is an entrepreneur who brings over a decade of leadership experience as a global technology executive, where she helped create thousands of jobs and drive millions in revenue. She transitioned from the tech world to found Della Terra Properties, a real estate investment portfolio in Flagstaff and across the US. She is also a REALTOR® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. 

Jenny walked onto the Stanford University gymnastics team and earned her full ride scholarship as well as a Masters. She channels that same passion into stewarding transformational spaces while being on staff with Bridge Church and with her Rushing Waters Faith brand along with her husband and 3 girls. Her faith fuels her mission to propel the God-given potential in leaders.
