WarKry Consulting Solutions is a business systems and automation consulting company based in Richmond, Virginia. We incorporate AI responsibly and build the platforms, automations, and back-end structure that keep a business running day to day — so working professionals can step away from the constant work without the business depending on them. That means setting up your CRM, email and marketing automation, lead follow-up, and workflow automation so the routine work runs on its own. Founded by Karena Calhoun from a corporate background running four departments at once, WarKry helps service-based business owners use AI, automation, and structured systems to get their time and revenue back.

WarKry serves two kinds of business owner through two focused verticals: 

Audience to Assets is for online service providers — coaches, consultants, and others who want to turn their audience into clients. It builds the systems that capture leads, nurture them, and convert them automatically, so an online business runs on structure instead of constant hustle. 

AI Growth Desk is for local service providers around the country — the salons, med spas, contractors, and home-service businesses that stay heads-down serving customers. It gives them a virtual client concierge that answers inquiries, books appointments, follows up, and gathers reviews around the clock, so no lead slips through while the owner is busy doing the work.

The name WarKry is rooted in Isaiah 58, where God calls His people to "cry aloud, spare not." But it doesn't stop at naming what's wrong. The same chapter calls us to be the repairer of the breach and the restorer of the streets — and that is the heart of this work. We don't just tell you what's broken in your business; we build the systems that repair it.
