June - Relationship Building Lunch

Join us for our monthly Relationship Building Luncheon, an intentional gathering designed to cultivate authentic connections among Christian business leaders, nonprofit executives, ministry leaders, and marketplace professionals throughout Southern Arizona.
This month’s luncheon is hosted by Hope Rising Arizona, a Christian nonprofit serving adult female survivors of human trafficking through long-term residential restorative care.
Guest Speaker:
Andy Thomas HRAZ Executive Director
Andy Thomas will share about the current state of trafficking, as well as his testimony as a former high school choir teacher who, unfortunately, encountered the reality of trafficking when two of his students were trafficked in the early 2000's. Now leading an organization to serve victims/survivors is a natural progression for Andy after 25 years as an Educator, Pastor, and Executive Director of Marketing and Communications at the University of Arizona. It is an honor for him to help tangibly fight the rapidly increasing crime of sex trafficking happening all around us.
Attendees will hear about the growing need for survivor support in Arizona and the powerful work Hope Rising Arizona is doing through restorative care, vocational development, addiction recovery support, counseling, life skills training, financial education, and pathways toward full independence.
This is more than networking.
