Krystal Parker is the President and Founder of the U.S. Christian Chamber of Commerce — a national movement equipping Christian business leaders to integrate faith, excellence, and influence in the marketplace. She's also principal of Intent & Impact, a consulting firm focused on aligning strategy, culture, and measurable performance.

With 25 years of executive leadership — including as a former Fortune 200 oil and gas executive — Krystal has led award-winning teams serving millions of customers across the country. She completed executive education at Harvard Business School and is the best-selling author of The Best Robot Wins, coauthor of Kingdom Commerce, and author of The Christian CEO: Formation Under Pressure.

As host of The Shepherd At Work podcast and radio program, she brings real-world conversations at the intersection of faith and business — and a message about leading with conviction that's right at home in a room full of Kingdom-minded leaders.
