With over three decades of experience in the finance, energy, non-profit, and technology sectors, Randy Mortensen is an invaluable asset for organizations seeking to drive their growth. He has held a variety of roles, from Vice-President of Business Development to Chief Operating Officer, President, and Chief Executive Officer. His impressive skill set encompasses sustainability, energy conservation, financial services, fundraising, business development, and organizational leadership, allowing him to generate and maintain growth opportunities by raising equity, cutting costs, and improving internal operations for optimal alignment.

Throughout his career, Randy has been a leader in various organizations, from co-founding Energy Solutions International (where he grew the company's revenue from $600,000 to $40 million in four years) to serving as the VP of Sales & Operations for Xcel Energy's $130 million subsidiary, Energy Masters International. He was also the Executive Vice President of Global Business Development at Lighting Science Group and CEO of Water Monitor International, guiding the company from startup to exit. In 2006, he co-founded the non-profit World Wide Village, of which he still serves as President. He formed Extreme Influence, a boutique speakers bureau, in late 2016. This organization aims to empower today's leaders to use their unique gifts and talents to make a difference in their industries through increased influence, meaning, and significance. Randy launched RPM Global Advisors in 2018, a business growth acceleration firm that has been recognized around the world. He is a renowned global keynote speaker and published author, with his expertise and insight providing valuable guidance for businesses striving for success.

Randy's career has been marked by a deep commitment to sustainable community development. Since founding World Wide Village, he has channeled his efforts into creating sustainable communities in Haiti and neighboring countries, including Trinidad, Bahamas, Turks & Caicos, St. Lucia, and Guyana, as well as in Uganda and Ghana. His initiatives, which include funding the construction of local churches and schools, providing access to clean water and sanitation, and creating sustainable jobs, are aimed at ending 'chronic dependency' and fostering self-sufficiency.

From 2015 to 2017, Randy was a part of The President's Task Force for the Redevelopment and Revitalization of Puerto Rico. He frequently met with the group at the White House Office Building to discuss project strategies and implementation plans. In 2010, Randy played a crucial role in the Clinton Foundation's rebuilding efforts in Haiti after the 7.0 Mw earthquake. His focus was on creating a self-sustaining Haiti that would no longer rely on global aid. Additionally, he has attended the Acton Institute University annually for the last few years. Here, he joins 1,000+ invited global leaders to explore the intellectual foundations of integrated philosophy, business development, and market-based economics over the course of four days.

Randy attended Winona State University and holds a degree in Business from Southwest Minnesota. He is committed to staying abreast of business trends and industry regulations through continuing education and professional development. Moreover, he has acquired a wealth of knowledge from his experience working with board leadership and executive leaders for both non-profit and for-profit organizations and from serving on the board of World Wide Village since its inception. Additionally, he has been involved in numerous global projects throughout his career.
