Lead the Ambassador Team by providing guidance, organization, and direction for all volunteer efforts.

Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee all Ambassador activities and meetings. Communicate with Chamber staff to align Ambassador efforts with Chamber goals. Provide mentorship and support to individual Ambassadors. Serve as the primary liaison between the Chamber and the Ambassador team.

Strengthen connections with members through personalized outreach and check-ins.

Responsibilities: Contact members monthly or quarterly to check in, share updates, and gather feedback. Welcome new members with a personalized call, offering assistance and answering questions. Assist in member retention by proactively addressing concerns and promoting engagement opportunities.

Uphold the Chamber in prayer, ensuring all initiatives, members, and events are aligned with God’s will and covered in spiritual support.

Responsibilities: Host regular prayer sessions for Chamber events, staff, and members. Offer prayer support during meetings and gatherings. Maintain a confidential prayer request list and follow up with members. Lead prayer openings/closings at Chamber events as needed.

Provide quick and efficient communication to members through text-based outreach.

Responsibilities: Send text reminders for events, webinars, and important deadlines. Follow up with members post-event to thank them and share relevant links or next steps. Keep members connected and informed.

Support the Chamber’s virtual presence by ensuring online events are welcoming, engaging, and well-managed.

Responsibilities: Serve as hosts or co-hosts for webinars, meetings, and virtual networking events. Welcome attendees, moderate Q&A sessions, and manage chat engagement. Provide tech support for attendees (e.g., troubleshooting Zoom/Teams issues). Gather feedback post-event to improve virtual engagement.
