She is the founder and president of Ablaze Consulting, LLC. Lizette provides personal and group coaching on values-based leadership, people skills, and professional development to various corporations, organizations, teams, and business owners. She is certified with Maxwell Leadership, Sam Chand Leadership, Lifeforming Leadership Coaching. She is an Advanced Mobile Trainer at Leadership Training International, and Momentum-Makers Professional Skills Development. She completed a master's degree in Practical Theology (Ministry Leadership) at Regent University and was recognized by Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. She is the lead pastor of Covenant Church and president of iShepherd Leadership Academy.
