Join us for CoVA Connect at Hope Fit VA – a free networking event for members of the CoVA Christian Chamber of Commerce. Nonmembers are welcome to attend their first meeting for free!

Come connect with like-minded individuals in a welcoming, faith-filled atmosphere and learn about Hope Fit VA’s mission to make fitness fun while building strong minds, bodies, and faith. Quinton and Sary's staff uses a unique technique of fitness by using bungee cords to help you jump off into a healthy new fresh start for 2025!   Feel free to come dressed in your fitness attire to try out Hope Fit VA.
