What I have learned working with hundreds of companies over the past several years, is that the new business struggles that busienss owners face has NOTHING to do with how smart they are, how personable they all are, or how much drive they each have. Instead, it has EVERYTHING to do with their lack of sales training, what they think about and tell themselves about sales, AND probably most important is their lack of systems that make adding new business development to their already very full calendar seem impossible. I have met hundreds of very smart people who are being left to feel inept and like failures because NO ONE is teaching them, guiding them, or mentoring them in the skills they need to drive new business and advance their careers, This truly breaks my heart when I know it does not have to be this way. That is why I am passionate to come alongside professional service firms and offer training and 1-on-1 coaching where they will learn the necessary skills, mindset and systems used by top performers so they can overcome the limitations to CAREER advancement.
