As Christian business owners, leaders, and professionals, we are surrounded by advice on leadership, success, finances, relationships, marketing, and decision-making. While many ideas may be helpful, our ultimate standard is not popular opinion, business trends, or personal experience—it is the Word of God.

Together, we will:

• Study Scripture in its proper context.
• Learn sound principles of biblical interpretation.
• Compare every idea and business practice with God's Word.
• Grow in wisdom and discernment for everyday decisions.
• Discover how biblical truth transforms our leadership, relationships, finances, and businesses.
• Encourage one another to faithfully live out God's calling in every area of life.

Our goal is not simply to gain more knowledge but to become men and women who faithfully apply God's truth in our homes, workplaces, businesses, churches, and communities.

Like the Bereans, we desire to be people who eagerly receive God's Word, diligently search the Scriptures, and courageously live according to His truth.

Be Like the Bereans is a place where Christian business owners and professionals come together to examine God's Word, ask thoughtful questions, and discover how biblical truth speaks to real-life decisions, relationships, leadership, and business.

The name Be Like the Bereans comes from Acts 17:11-12, where the Bereans were commended for their noble character because they eagerly received the teaching they heard and searched the Scriptures daily to determine whether it was true.

"And the people of Berea were more open-minded than those in Thessalonica, and they listened eagerly to Paul's message. They searched the Scriptures day after day to see if Paul and Silas were teaching the truth. As a result, many Jews believed, as did many of the prominent Greek women and men." — Acts 17:11-12 (NLT)
