The U.S. Christian Chamber of Commerce, Christian Chamber Coalition (CCC) is designed for continuous education and growth for Christian Chambers looking to strengthen member offerings, and build relationship capital with Christian Chamber leaders across the U.S.
The CCC events are facilitated mastermind sessions breaking down relevant issues such as, integrating faith and work for members, member retention and engagement strategies, limited staffing, growing your ambassador team, starting a young professional group, micro and macro events, billing best practices, event management and participation, time management, board engagement, member benefits and more!

- Welcome and opening remarks
- Tell us how God is moving!
- Brief introductions of all attendees
- Highlighting a featured chamber and its achievements
- Sharing best practices and success stories
- Identify the first volunteer chamber for the August coalition meeting
- Overview of current and upcoming fundraising initiatives
- Discussing how donors can designate funds to specific projects or need through the USCCC Foundation
- Latest updates on technology tools and platforms available
- Update on new tech solutions to enhance chamber operations
- Announcements and planning for upcoming events
- Schedule and format for onboarding new chamber members
- Purpose: Conduct a collective SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) for the Christian Chamber model.
- Process:
- Encourage all chambers to perform individual SWOT analyses (on your individual Christian Chambers - outside of this exercise).
- Engage in an open conversation to create a universal SWOT for the Christian Chamber model.
- Goals:
- Develop a common and stronger language for marketing and advertising.
- Identify and address weaknesses within the Christian Chamber model.
- Leverage opportunities and mitigate potential threats.
- Participation: Active involvement from all attendees to ensure a comprehensive analysis.
- Strengths: Highlight the core strengths of the Christian Chamber model that we can collectively promote and leverage.
- Weaknesses: Identify areas where we can improve and strategize on ways to strengthen these aspects.
- Opportunities: Explore new opportunities for growth, collaboration, and expansion.
- Threats: Recognize potential challenges and threats, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- A unified and enhanced language for marketing and advertising our chambers.
- A shared understanding of our collective strengths and weaknesses.
- Actionable strategies to leverage opportunities and address threats.
