The Founder Collective is a church, a MOBILIZED church, that meets online weekly, reflecting and receiving insight, encouragement, and wisdom to equip us in our roles as leaders in our homes, communities, churches, and businesses.
The mission of The Founder Collective is simple: we equip marketplace ministers in their faith and entrepreneurial journey by empowering founders, liberating others to stand in freedom, firm in their identity, and activating authority as Kingdom citizens through the mobilized church. (Ephesians 2: 19-21)
Through FounderCon, our annual faith and business conference, men's, women's, and couples wellness retreats, weekly discipleship, and The Founder Academy, we stand on three truths, as marketplace ministers, we are not meant to be silos, strangers, or lost as Kingdom entrepreneurs. We are found and operate as the body of Christ together. We build our businesses (both personal and professional) on the rock, the one true firm foundation. We do not look, act, talk, or walk like the rest of the world. We are appointed and on assignment, utilizing our gifts and talents to serve the Kingdom and teach the gospel of Christ.

Through the mission and vision, The Founder Collective is positioned to launch the next pillar of its strategic plan, The Founder Academy. Over the next three years, with the inaugural class entering the online faith and business school in January 2027, The Founder Academy will certify marketplace ministers and ordain ministers and provide opportunities for entrepreneurial seed funding.
