Dr. Rita Renee is a 2x TEDx speaker, international keynote speaker, best-selling author, and Executive Leadership and Voice Strategist. She is the founder of the UNMUTE movement and helps high-achieving women, leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals communicate with clarity, lead with confidence, and use their voices to create meaningful impact.

With more than 35 years of leadership, corporate, ministry, and business experience, Dr. Rita equips individuals to move beyond fear, silence, and self-doubt so they can confidently share their stories, expertise, and God-given assignments. Her work combines practical leadership strategies, faith-based principles, and authentic communication.

In 2010, Dr. Rita founded Women at the Well Living Water Ministries, Inc., which began as an online Bible study created to encourage, equip, and empower women through the Word of God. She currently serves as Director of Women’s Ministry and remains committed to helping women grow spiritually, discover their purpose, and walk confidently in their God-given assignments.

Dr. Rita also established Ultimate PowerHouse Coach to help leaders, speakers, authors, entrepreneurs, and other purpose-driven individuals move from being overlooked and unheard to becoming visible, confident, and influential. Through coaching, speaking, workshops, and leadership development, she helps her clients clarify their messages, communicate their value, share their authentic stories, and confidently pursue the platforms and opportunities connected to their purpose.

In 2023, under Gibson & Gibson Life and Financial Professionals, LLC, Dr. Rita founded PowerHouse Connections after recognizing the need for a space where purpose-driven professionals, entrepreneurs, and community leaders could build authentic relationships, exchange resources, collaborate, and create opportunities for one another. PowerHouse Connections was formed to move beyond transactional networking and cultivate a community where people do not simply take, but also give, support, refer, and help one another grow.

Across every area of her work, Dr. Rita’s mission is to help others break free, speak boldly, lead fearlessly, and make a lasting difference in their businesses, communities, families, and the Kingdom.
