NOTE: There is no special parking for this event. The side streets have 2 hour parking from 11am -4pm at 4pm the city of Virginia Beach Events coordinate to close the road for street performers). Parking is behind the building for a fee or around side streets. There is parking by the Dome which is directly behind the building at the Atlantic Wave Park.
