What is the Faith and Work Summit?
The Faith and Work Summit is designed to be a catalytic event for the faith and work movement. NE FL CC will convene a gathering of thought leaders, Christian business leaders, and influencers to equip, educate, and inspire faithfulness in the marketplace.
“Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ.” Colossians 3:23-24
No matter your profession, you are called to steward the gifts that God has given you and one day, you will stand before Him and give an account for what you accomplished for His glory regarding your time, talent, and treasure. We believe this truth as Christ followers but when the rubber meets the road, what does this look like? What does it mean to understand my calling and how to best utilize these gifts and abilities? How can I expand and refine these gifts? What about my business or non-profit? What does it mean to lead my Christian-owned business or Christian organization in faithfulness? What does stewardship look like with my employees, especially my non-Christian employees? How should my work and business make a difference in my community?
All of this and more will be answered in the annual Faith and Work Summit.
